This Privacy Policy explains how Footalytics ("we") collects and uses personal data when you use our early-access service. Contact: privacy@farvor.com.
Account data: email address and sign-in verification codes.
Conversation data: messages you send and answers we generate.
Usage data: daily message counters and basic product events needed to enforce limits.
Technical logs: request traces, error diagnostics, and security logs (for example IP-related signals used for abuse prevention where configured).
To create and secure your account, answer your questions, enforce daily limits, operate and protect the service, diagnose problems, and improve product quality. We do not sell your personal data.
Match context may include fixture schedules and form from free or public football data sources and, when configured, public headlines. Optional prediction components process match features you ask about. Offline or demo modes may use illustrative seed data.
We use infrastructure and AI providers to run the service — for example Cloudflare for hosting and edge compute, an email delivery provider for sign-in codes, and third-party language-model APIs that process your prompts to generate answers. When enabled, Postgres/Neon may archive conversations for durability.
We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
Product analytics (first-party event buffer / PostHog-ready) is OFF by default. If enabled by configuration, events are cookieless or first-party and are not used for advertising.
Conversations remain while your account exists (active session state is also held in Durable Object storage). Deleting a conversation or your account removes data from our active systems. Archive copies, if enabled, are purged on a best-effort basis.
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Use Settings to delete your account, or email privacy@farvor.com. You may also contact your local data-protection authority.
Providers may process data in the EU, US, or other regions. Where required we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers.
