Football predictions from yesterday

What the model called before kick-off, what actually happened, and whether each pick landed — the most recent settled matchday, graded against real final scores.

How the grading works

One official prediction per selected match: the statistical model generates it from real data 24–48 h before kick-off, refreshes it once in the final six hours and locks it one hour out. After full time the pick is settled against the real final score and published here and on the accuracy dashboard — with per-market results (over/under 2.5, BTTS, exact score) on each match page. Predictions made in chat are private and never graded.

FAQ

Are yesterday's predictions graded in public?

Yes — every official prediction on this page was published and locked one hour before kick-off, then settled against the real final score. Nothing is backfilled or edited afterwards.

What does "correct" mean here?

The 1X2 top pick — the outcome the model priced highest before the match — matched the real result. Per-market grading (over/under, BTTS, exact score) lives on the accuracy dashboard and the match page.

Why show missed predictions?

Because a record without misses is marketing, not evidence. A 60% favourite is supposed to lose two matches in five — the graded misses are what make the hit rate meaningful.

Where is the full history?

The public accuracy dashboard holds every graded prediction with hit rates and Brier scores by league, market and time window, plus a downloadable CSV of the full ledger.
