Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This policy governs how you interact with our AI features — the chat answers, predictions and explanations our language models generate. It is part of the Terms of Use; violating this policy is a breach of the Terms.

2. Permitted use

Footalytics may be used for personal, lawful purposes: asking about football matches, teams, players and competitions, and requesting statistical estimates with plain-language explanations. The service is for adults aged 18 or over.

3. Prohibited content

You must not use the AI features to create, request or spread content that: is sexual, pornographic or otherwise NSFW; sexualises or endangers minors in any form, including fictional, roleplay or AI-generated content (zero tolerance — reported to the relevant authorities); is illegal, or infringes copyright, trademark or other rights; harasses, defames, stalks, or incites hatred or violence against a person or group; promotes self-harm; helps design, produce or use weapons, explosives or other dangerous items; impersonates a real person or organisation, or fabricates endorsements, reviews or coordinated inauthentic campaigns; commits or promotes fraud, scams or spam; contains malware, phishing or other harmful code; discloses another person's private information without their consent; or constitutes unlawful misinformation.

4. Content filtering

Prompts and generated answers pass through automated screening, and our models are instructed to refuse prohibited requests. Sexual or NSFW content and other harmful content are prohibited and are blocked or removed; repeated attempts to obtain them may lead to usage limits or account closure.

5. Prohibited conduct

Beyond the technical limits in section 6 of the Terms, you must not: attempt to bypass our model rules, filters or safeguards (including prompt-injection or jailbreak techniques); scrape, resell or heavily automate access to answers; or use outputs commercially as betting advice, tips, or guarantees of results — our outputs are statistical estimates for information and entertainment only.

6. Enforcement

We may warn, limit features, suspend or close accounts, and remove content when this policy is breached (Terms section 8). We may report unlawful use to the relevant authorities. To report a violation of this policy, or if you believe an action against your account was a mistake, contact support@farvor.com — we review every report.

7. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our AI features evolve; material changes are announced in the app or by email. Questions: support@farvor.com.
