By creating an account or using Footalytics you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Footalytics is an AI assistant that produces statistical estimates (probabilities and related explanations) for football matches. The service is offered as a free early-access preview and may change, pause, or end with reasonable notice in the app or by email.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Footalytics. You confirm this when you create your account. Accounts for minors are not permitted and may be closed without notice.
Outputs are model-estimated probabilities based on historical and public data. They can be wrong. Footalytics does not provide financial, betting, gambling, investment, medical, or other professional advice.
You alone are responsible for any decisions you make. Nothing on the service is a tip, tipster product, or encouragement to wager or take financial risk.
Footalytics does not display bookmaker odds, promote betting operators, accept stakes, or process wagers. Do not use the service as a substitute for licensed gambling products or advice.
During early access each account may send a limited number of messages per day (currently five), resetting at 00:00 UTC. We may adjust limits. Do not abuse, scrape, reverse-engineer, probe, or overload the service, or attempt to bypass quotas or security controls.
Sign-in uses one-time codes sent to your email (no passwords). Keep access to your inbox secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
Answers are generated automatically and may contain mistakes or incomplete information. Team, competition, and venue names are used for identification only. Footalytics is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any league, club, federation, or data provider unless we expressly say so.
We and our licensors own the service software, branding, and documentation. You retain rights in the prompts you submit; you grant us a licence to process them to operate and improve the service.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" during early access. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for decisions you make based on outputs, or for indirect or consequential losses, subject to non-excludable consumer rights where they apply.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after notice means you accept the updated Terms. Contact legal@farvor.com.
